     b. CCT (Chittagong Container Terminal) & NCT (New Mooring Container Terminal)

GCB (General Cargo Berth)

  • 6 allocated for Container Feeder Vessel
  • No Shore Gantry Cranes
  • Loading/Unloading performed by using Ship’s gear.
  • Gearless Container Vessel not permitted.
  • Maximum permissible draft is 8.55 M

CCT (Chittagong Container
Terminal)

  • 3 Jetties in Total
  • 2 allocated for Container Feeder Vessel
  • 4 QMGC (Quay Mounted Gantry Crane)
  • Loading/Unloading performed by Ports Gantry crane.
  • Maximum permissible draft is 9.15 M

NCT (New Mooring Container
Terminal)

  • 5 Jetties in Total
  • 4 Berths available for Container Feeder Vessel.
  • 8 QMGC (Quay Mounted Gantry Crane)
  • Loading/Unloading performed by Ports Gantry Crane
  • Maximum permissible draft is 9.5 M

PCT (Patenga Container Terminal)
- run by RSGT (Red Sea Gateway
Terminal)

  • 3 Jetties in Total
  • 3 Berths available for Container Feeder Vessel.
  • Quay Gantry Crane set-up in process
  • Loading/Unloading performed by Ship’s Crane
  • Maximum permissible draft is 10 M
