Bangladesh, effective from April 1st,2024.

Chittagong Port Authority (CPA) has recently issued new direction on proper packing, palletization during stuffing and affix of Shipping Marks describe with the details of the goods for all FCL/LCL shipment to/from Bangladesh. This will be effective from 1st January 2023. Any non-compliant shipments may be subject to penalties by the port authority, which will be charged to the customer accordingly since the cargo Packaging / Palletization is Customer’s responsibility.
